Probable with daimonding

I was looking through some of the contest posts and I like one by Warrior Ahunter83. I when to diamond the post and I clicked the diamond. The picture of diamond updated to 9 while the number to the right was still 8. I reloaded the page to find them both at 8. I tried this were a couple of times and then I decided to post this. You're not able to diamond submissions made by members on the same ip address as your own.

Do you have a strong internet connection? This usually happens to me when my connection is slow or fading in and out.
Also, is this the only post you're having trouble with, or does this happen with everything you try to diamond?
