Whenever I try to change my profile picture to a gif of Jack Spicer, it doesnt change at all, ive re-uploaded it several times, made sure to save my changes, but it stil wont work. Any ideas?

Sounds like a cache issue to me, as I see your changed profile picture. Simply clear your web browser's history/cache. Once you do so, you should have no viewing problems.
