Publish Offline = Erase?

Please help, lolz. I uploaded one of my newer Texture Packs called Toruq's Adventure Pack. I've decided to make it unavailable once again for some tweaking and such... So I went to edit the item, and I clicked "Publish Offline" and pressed Save. Now I can't find it! Does that mean it erased it?

EDIT: Alright, got it back. I managed to view my friend's Facebook page; because he liked my texture pack. I clicked it, it brought me to the item; and I brought it back online.

@ThePlayer, I checked-off "Publish Offline" and pressed Save when I was logged on. Then when I went to my submissions, it wasn't there.
@creeperCarole, Publish-Offline is to allow you to post submissions without it being able to be viewed publicly.

the last one I see of yours Gambler is Prelude of the Chambered... I don't know what "publish offline" is even supposed to do....!
