My whole harddrive consists of my own crafts, if I didn't make it I don't have it. :B
So yes, my wallpaper is hand made.
And time wise? I suppose since it is a leisurely thing (for me), mostly depends on how much time I'm willing to devote and when I'm free. But I'd say a week or so for a Blender render, on average. :p
