1. No, we simply have to do our job to the best of our abilities
2. If you believe a moderator has abused their powers, first send them a polite PM and then if that proves unfruitful and your still believe that they are being abusive PM another moderator of equal or higher rank, locking this now

Oh boy. Another guy reporting mods? Well, it usually doesn't seem to work, or atleast from most of the guys who do it, but you'll have to send something to the rank above the mod you're reporting. If its a chat mod, send one to a site mod. If its a site mod, send it to a.... super mod? I guess? I wouldn't know in that case.
