When 1.8 came out it changed the way skins worked. I need a skinning program the is updated to 1.8 before I make anymore skins.

Try extracting the mcskin3d.exe from the .zip folder.

MCskin3D isn't updated to 1.8

you have to download the entire MCSkin3D again with the 1.8 version, think of it as an entirely new program (but it ain't)
