Something weird happens for me

Hey there, just coming here with a question regarding uploading a Texture Pack to the site. I recently made some updates to my personal TP, and went to upload it to the site, but I kept getting an error saying that PMC is offline. I knew for a fact it was not, as I went into a new tab and PMC worked fine. I also checked on my phone to be doubly sure, and again it was up. But I've tried several times to re-upload my texture pack, and each time it gives me the same error. What's going on? Is this just me?

As you should know, the site goes down and comes up every now and again. Just wait until not many people are using it then post away!

I don't specialize in TP uploading. Actually I don't specialize at all. But I do know a weird forum thing. I call it the Thread Cannonball!
