Is there a place I can post my texture pack I've made, but not have to upload the actual pack. I would like to share some screenshots and the little story behind it. I saw a texture pack section, but all of the ones I've seen have the files uploaded.

The forum or a wall post are probably the best places for that. Our resource packs section requires a download to the content to post.

As in, more of a thread about how your pack came to be more so then the actual pack? Maybe try your wall posts?
