Texture Pack won't download

Hey all, got a problem with my texture pack downloading. You can find it here. My problem is that every time I update it, the download link 404's out. It seems to take a couple days for it to start working again. Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix it? Thanks!

Strikes me as an odd occurrence, but I wouldn't have a clue to why it's happening. Though it appears to be something wrong on Planet Minecraft's side. As for fixing it, just use the file mirror slot for the main download, and remove the broken one. Use Mediafire or any other file host for the download link/URL.
