i found it wait try putting it online and them update it i think planetminecraft has to ping it for it to show up

sometimes for me it takes a while for submissions to show up after i post them sometimes it is up to 10 mins

No, Like I literally post it and then look. And its not there... its so weird..

Go to your profile, and see if it is one of your submissions. It may just be a lot of people are posting servers, and it is on the 2nd page of the recently added servers. If you mean it's not on the servers page with all the servers switching at the top, that is if your server gets enough recommendations to it.

I upload it, and when i click "servers" its not there..

Its probably because your server is hamachi and no one can actually see it unless you look it up.
