Unjustly deleted resource pack: Abuse of power

I'd like to complain on bot "PMCBot", who says about himself that he's "One of the most bottiest on PMC" in his profile.
This guy deleted my resource pack which would disable villager sounds, which already had quite some diamonds and good feedback. I re-posted it as a blog post, if he didn't delete it yet, too: http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/mute-villagers---resourcepack/
It's a problem in general, bots are arrogant and delete posts on their own will.
To quote it:
Now tell me, isn't this a total nonsense? The point of resource packs is that we can change sounds, music, textures and all other kinds of stuff. And if it's focused on sounds, what'd be the point of adding texture changes?

Packs are meant to have MORE than just sound edits. You need actual block and item textures, else it's basically worthless to upload

I agree with you MightyPork. There are a few resource packs that I have seen that are the basic resource pick with a few modifications in the sound. That isn't right, and I want to know who told him that you have to have different textures. This is one of the stupidest reasons to delete a resource pack. He souls be looking for resource pick that have xray in it, not sound modifications.
