I recently had a player on my server, He was a good builder, but for various reasons, I revoked his builder rights. He has been harassing people on many different servers, and will not stop since I revoke his builder.

And read the comments. I deleted one of his comments so far, and he just posted another one. Any other builders have no problem either.

The only reason I am posting this, is because there is no way to report users.

He also has many reports on him if you search his username on Google.
Moderators please do something about his user on PMC.
