i had this problem before and i use different anti virus programs and they remove stuff then it comes back it made my computer unstable once then it stoped and continues to lag alot

Try scanning it with AVG or Norton.

Try avast antivirus. One of the best. Has windows and mac support. (Default windows security and default windows malwarebytes isn't the fully upgraded latest version.)

Windows has several antivirus too.
Try searching your system files but don't delete anything when not 100% sure its a virus.
