PMC is one of the few sites i have my adblocker turned off since i feel they could use the extra money, and i see almost none. There will be one on the top and/or bottom of the page, and maybe one the side of some pages (but never forum posts). There's barely any. Have you ever actually browsed any big website with adblocker off? (like fandom, which is in your title, so clearly you must have)
They'll put ads like every paragraph INSIDE the page, usually between every paragraph, tons of auto-playing videos, their banner ads are so big they block more than half the screen, Its at LEAST 100 times worse than PMC is (which by the way, is doing ads in a perfect manner, since they are all non-intrusive and none of them obstructs what you're trying to access), to the point where the site is basically unusable on mobile (both due to the ads and the lag they cause). They are NOTHING alike.
My only actual complaint with PMC ads is they really have no need of accepting ads from big, well-established brands like Adobe, which i see a lot. THey don't need the exposure, they really should reserve them for smaller projects that could really use it (which they occasionally do, I've sometimes seen ads for other projects on PMC, and I hope to find info on how to get into one of those slots)
TL:DR: PMC's ads aren't intrusive in any way and are absolutely nothing compared to big sites like Fandom. There's nothing wrong with them and you are overreacting

I agree with you. Advertising annoys me.

It has to exist in some capacity and PMC is being fair with them (see my comment). Go to large sites like Fandom and see what I mean, that's an example of taking advertising way too far.

when i go to my profile, an entire ad covers my page, 1 ad, my entire page gone.

The developer of planetminecraft, 9 years ago, said there wouldnt be ads, that aged well, didnt it. now theres ads, everywhere is ads, you cant go 5 seconds with no ads.
