they look interesting but it will take time to get used to em

In my opinion, i dont really like the new designs, because the old designs are so iconic to me
Minecraft has had those old designs since ores were added to the game, and now they are being changed in 1.17
so that's why i dont like them, and it'll take me a while to get used to them
again this is my opinion, im not trying to make you dislike them

They look great to me!

Personally I like them; it's definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the samey ore textures that we've been getting, and it'll also probably help locating specific ores in dim lighting.
