Plains is my favorite biomes because there's a lot of space to build and if required then trees can also be grown .

You forgot jungle which is the best of them all since it has an op amount of wood.

I really like Taiga biomes! Potential villages and spruce wood everywhere! Plus foxes, sweet berries, and I love the shade of green there. Tall trees also work well with a treehouse settlement. Personal opinion.
