What's your favourite BOOK?
Hi, I just wondered what everyone's favourite book was. I did not include a poll, because there are way to many options and I probably don't know half of what everyone else likes! Please write your favourite book into the replies! And no, it's
BOOKS not movies!
Btw, mine is Harry Potter, whole series :D

My favorite book would have to be "The Magic Thief" by Sarah Prineas. It's a really good book, I'd suggest anyone to give it a try.
2
I think my favourite is "Artemis Fowl" series by Eoin Colfer.
(Love Harry Potter too, btw :3)

Ah, nice, it's also high on my list! Surprised to see it here, that's three of my favourite books I've seen represented! :D

The Percy Jackson series was my Harry Potter. Specifically the 4th one of the 5 part series "Battle of the Labyrinth". Good times

"Időfutár"
Its only in my country I'm pretty sure, it has a really good storyline, with plottwists in every page.. I couldn't stop reading.. I read three part of it cover to cover under a day, and I had to wait till all the new ones came out! It was so much fun though!

Yeah, when I was reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, I only allowed myself to read a chapter every second day so it would last longer :D It did actually work quite well. Right now I'm reading the Ranger's Apprentice series and nooo I just finished one book in two days... Sad :/ The main problem is that I read way to quickly...
PS: If I may ask, where are you from? I'm guessing northern Europe...

When by Victoria Laurie is pretty neat.
Kingdom of ash and briars by Hannah West was amazing.
Lock & Mori by Heather W. Petty is awesome. But i fucking hated the third one. *sigh* I guess Sherlock Holmes will always be enemies with Moriarty

I'm delighted to see LotR mentioned in the top 3 posts! I grew up devouring it and Hobbit etc, but over the years have had to make room on the Favorite throne for two other books:
Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card
(at first I made excuses for why I like it even tho it's set in space, but now I'm an unabashed lover of sci-fi)
The War That Saved My Life by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley
(it's categorized as Middle Grade Fiction, but I don't mind that it was written for a junior audience; it's powerful)
