Hello - I just received a notification that I was "spamming" the update logs on my project http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/project-midieval-the-builders-coalition/ but I'm not sure what parts of it were considered spamming.

The post may be down right now, but will be up soon. Could someone let me know what is spamming so I can avoid it in the future?
