What is the best time to post a skin. I don't want to post it when no one will view it, and it will leave the front page quickly. So when is it the most likely to be noticed?

If this game functions like most others, I'd suggest Saturday 7PM Greenwich Main Time, when the east coast of US has waken up (12-2PM) and most of Europe is still awake. (7-9PM)
You should also give a very detailed description of your skin, including detailed description of his looks, colors, clothes etc. The more details you offer, the more likely people are to find you. An interesting name and proper grammar are also good tools to rack a few more views.
