Iceologer

I see that 2020 mob vote had 2 of the best mobs, but the worst mob in game won...

Correction: The worst mob in the game is the phantom BY FAR.

Phantom at least gives something useful, but glow squid does nothing

tbh i didn't vote but
PENGUINNNN
PENGUINNNN

Bruh why did the copper golem loose tf i love him

I love allays

Copper golem was goated, the possibilities were insane. Idk why people thought the allay could get you diamonds from unlooted chests lmao

I didn't think like that. And what possibilities do you expect from copper golem?

redstone, i saw some concepts for like factories they were so cool

I know that readstone, but whatwhat exactly you would like to make?

to be specific, capital intensive techniques infused factories!

I was thinking more about random redstone signal generator, but you can already do that with for exapmle rabbits and carrots using observer

penguin
the snow biome needs some snow animal mobs, or maybe the game needs more animals in general

If you think about any biome there is no more than 3 or maybe even 2 biome exclusive animals (If you do not count mob variants or fish)

Personally I think Mob A (The Barnacle) should've won, I was shocked at how little press it got, everyone was all over the phantoms from day 1.
And I genuinely to this day cannot believe glowsquid one over A LITERAL ICE WIZARD IN A TOWER (okay maybe they didn't announce a tower structure, but a girl can dream okay?!), like people are so so so crazy to go for a squid retexture that doesn't even live up to it's namesake, especially since Mob A was LITERALLY JUST A COOLER SQUID, A SQUID WITH PURPOSE, A NEW THREAT TO OCEAN EXPLORATION (which at the time was sorely sorely lacking, and still kind of is imo, like drowned are cool and all but I want seamonsters...)

Top reasons why I think the glow squid was taken from us
1. Green teletubby
2. The poll being on twitter during COVID so a lot of idiots gather in one place to choose the worst:)

Glow squid won only because of one person, and naive community

Green teletubby innit

I was thoroughly underwhelmed with the lot… Moobloom would probably have been least disruptive.
(A good part of that was seeing the disparity between what was teased and what was produced with MobB. Quite a few of the proposed mob concepts have potential, but the MS/Mj practice of providing minimal information makes stategic voting to limit potential damage seem the most advantageous choice.)

Agreed I would've loved to see the mobloom
