I would like a partner in creating a Server-Listing website

Hello! I am the owner of http://minecraft-serverlisting.com For a while I just had a form that server owners could fill out that got emailed to me so I could manually add them to the list and create a server page with additional information on that specific server. It was a very generic site. As you can imagine, manually adding a bunch of servers can get tedious and un-unnecessary. I have restarted my website though, and am scraping most of everything that I had and want to start new. I want to make this site automatically list servers based on their votes, have votifier on the site, and possibly other features. I only have knowledge in html, but can learn other things quick. I am looking for a partner who is good with PHP, Databases, mysql, html, and anything else needed. I am willing to share profits of the premium advertised servers 50% with my partner. Regarding the forum, I may agree to making a forum on phpBB but taking the code from it and customizing it.

I would prefer not using any other sites resources but I may be open to it if I can not find absolutely anyone with knowledge on how to create a forum from scratch.

I have basically picked my two main developers for my server-listing site. However I am still looking for other staff that could be useful. Also if you truly think that you are a better developer than the two devs i have then don't hesitate to post your application, I can work things out if needed. Other staff I am looking for is:
1. Mature, creative individual who can come up with great ideas to better the site and knows how to do such.
2. I would like a few devs for a forum, I want a customized forum, not one from pbp or other sites that make forums for you. I would like 3-5 people for this position
3. Mature, friendly and helpful moderators- 3 for the time being.
No matter which position you choose please be aware that we may also need you for other things so be ready to help in almost any situation.

By customized forum, do you mean an entire forum that's coded by us? Or us setting up a forum like phpbb or bbpress for you with a good theme or something. I really cant think of any website that uses an entirely custom forum when there's much better options already available. I could do the forums for you if you want something like phpbb, but I cant make an entire new forum system.

I may be willing to create a team, where someone helps with the coding, someone helps on the forums, someone helps advertise and what not. Ofcourse I will only be able to pay the coder, but the rest will be forum Admins or more.

Wehttam664I've done a lot of work recently with PHP, HTML, and MySQL (Plus, I've actually taken the time to relearn the SQL API because it was recently changed.). Furthermore, I can use JavaScript in simple forms, but learning (You have to start somewhere, eh?).

i can help you out i am on the computer a lot and would only care for 25% of profits. I am skilled in most things and if you need someone to program the site i can do it for a small fee. (i am an expert at programming i made a game but it isn't released yet.)

You maybe should add a forums to it as well for people to discuss servers. Just an idea.
