So. I had this issue a few times before. Its actually quite funny.
The CSS decides to go on vacation and you end up with things like this.

Just reload your page. Nothing is broken, you just didn't get all the files.

PMC is hosted on a shared hosting service, you cant expect it to run without any problems 100% of the time.

Nothing new, happened like 10x times today, checked connection to Facebook or YouTube, they load instantly while PMC, PMC takes it sweet time and fails at the end.

That's only ever happened to me because of internet issues.
