If you don't know how to, simply copy and paste the palette above in a photo editor such as paint/paint.net/gimp/etc.

Here's a small video on how to resize the palette.

Once you copy and paste, resize the image to 4x3. Zoom in and copy and paste the palette onto an empty skin. The top right corner should be where the palette is placed (or another empty spot)

You can also use the dropper tool/pencil tool to one by one place onto an empty skin.

APBL and PBL are different leagues, however are the same organization. Hawkstormer and I both cooperated into creating a new league.

APBL is a league for less experienced skinners. Many members don't get opportunities to enter PBL or don't feel as though they could be victorious. This league is meant for less popular skinners to battle others the same "level". Many skinners who wish to enter PBL don't feel comfortable with the competition or feel as though their chances to win are slim. I hope that APBL will allow many skinners to feel the opposite here.

The rules have changed! To qualify for PBL, you must be over Level 40, have over 300 subs, or have been a skinning contest finalist. If you don't have any of the three, you are not eligible to apply for PBL but you can apply for APBL instead.

If you don't quality for PBL you are qualified to join APBL! If you do qualify for PBL but believe you are an amateur send me a PM and I will decide.

This will be different compared to PBL.

If you are entered into APBL and appear on the bracket, you are to create a skin with the palette I give you every Tuesday.

Once you are given the palette you must post the skin before Sunday at 12 PM CT (Central Time). If you fail to do so you will be DQ'd unless you have given me an excuse prior to this time.

Once both competitors finish their skins, one of you will create a forum poll asking which skin is better. The results for the poll must be given to me before Monday at 12 PM CT. If both competitors finish their skins earlier, they may post the poll earlier. This is highly suggested, as you will gain more exposure from the community. I would also advertise the poll in chat, following the rules.

If the poll has less than 10 total votes or ends up a tie, the judges will decide which skin is better.

After this cycle, I will then introduce a new palette on Tuesday. The remaining competitors will continue to battle.

1. If a competitor does not post a skin before Sunday 12 PM CT without an excuse, they will be disqualified as well as their opponent advancing to the next round.

2. If a competitor has an excuse not to post a skin before this date they must notify me beforehand.

3. If a poll has under 10 total votes or is a tie, judges will intervene and decide the winner.

4. Anyone who is under level 40, has less than 300 subs, and is not a contest finalist can join. If you are level 45 for example and believe you are an amateur PM me and I will decide.

5. All skins created must comply with all the Site Rules.
