So I have always wanted to make a contest. I was going to make on a 100 subs but that didn't turn out so well. Ok now here it is, I hit 200 so I am going to make a palette contest (Ik such originality).
RULES
-You can only use the 12 colors provided on the palette
-Only one entry per person. This doesn't mean you cant edit or change the skin you put into the contest; Please let me know if you changed your entry.
-No teen skins. There is no need to make teen skins if you are creative!
-All PMC skin rules apply in this contest.

Shouldn't you only accept people who you believe are good skinners, so the judges will have a better knowledge of what qualifies as a "good" skin? You kind of have judges that seem like they were picked off of the street.
