well, i really want to have fantasy world build with multiple cities... so a long time limit.
And yeah, I have no probs giving $100 dollar to winner $50 to second and $25 to third.

I think the time limit is more important then than the theme, if you have a time limit, you can let teh the challenger provide the theme or vice versa, we neeed atleaset 16 for the 50 buck or I would feel bad, I do this for free, lol cause its fun. So the Original poster should pick a time limit at least.

Yeah, for a high-reward challenge probably more worth it than the actual pmc contest xD, but you have to decide the consolation prizes for second or third place, perhaps even ten finalists if there are so many. Also, you should have more than one judge so that contest may not be biased. Also, state some rules whether you like texture packs enabled or any mod we can use etc etc
