Cute vs. Creepy Monsters skin contest

The Madness skin contest has come to an end and the winners have been announced. So it's time to launch a new skin contest. This time themed Cute vs. Creepy Monsters! :D
Theme
It kind of speaks for itself, but this contest consists of two categories. Cute monsters and Creepy monsters. We're looking for monsters like the ones in children's stories (Monsters, Inc. and similar). So; creatures from your imagination. Beasts with scary scales or fluffy fur, sharp teeth or adorable big eyes.
Rules
Other than keeping to the specified theme, the following rules are in place:
- Each participant is allowed to make one cute monster and one creepy monster. You could make a skin for both categories or for just one!
- No making half/half cute AND creepy monsters. They must be either cute OR creepy.
- No humans or real animals! Also no monster onesies or hoodies etc. (Human-like or animal-like monsters are allowed.)
- Monsters must be of your own design, so no making existing monsters from movies etc. (Taking inspiration is allowed.)
- The skin(s) must be newly made by you for this contest.
- Judges cannot enter and cannot give feedback on entries before the deadline.
- To enter a skin in this contest, post a link to your entry in the comments to this forum post.
- You can edit and update your contest skin(s) as much as you like before the deadline.
Deadline
The deadline for this contest is August 5, 2018
Judging
This time around, PMC and Palettes will be joining me as judges. We'll be judging the cute monsters based on how sweet and huggable they are, and the creepy monsters based on how scary they are! This means that the design of your skin(s) is the most important aspect which the entries will be judged by.
There will be a top-3 cute monsters and a top-3 creepy monsters. So the same participant could place twice!
Prizes
The main goal of this contest is for everyone to have fun, so the most important prize is the honor of winning.
A dedicated forum post will be made to announce the winners. The winning skins will be featured in an official PMC twitter post, a PMC support wall post and in a custom widget on my (DinowCookie) profile.
New! The first place winners will receive a render of their skin made by PixelFrosty!

Oooooh! Since somebody posted a monster made from a lab experiment, I'm definitely joining this contest!
For this one, you probably know who this "monster" is based on from my obvious profile picture (It's Peridot. *cough cough*), but she is my personal gemsona inspired by the "lab accident" trope where an experiment goes wrong and becomes a cute monster as a result. Here's the entry and enjoy!

I'm sorry but I cannot accept this entry in to the contest, because we can tell it is an altered version of the skin you submitted in the bin-skin contest. Therefor it does not comply with the rule "The skin(s) must be newly made by you for this contest.".

Ehhhh forget it. It's totally fine if I'm not in this contest at all since I've already had a lot on my shoulders lately. I knew I wasn't going to be accepted anyways, but it was worth a shot, am I right? :,D
