We're running a special event to see what can be done in Minecraft with RTX ON.

At the conclusion of the event, NVIDIA is selecting two artists to receive a GEFORCE RTX 3070 graphics card!
Community Collaboration
Since this event requires entries with a downloadable Bedrock Edition map and screenshots with RTX ON, there is an opportunity for community collaboration in an effort to include members without the capability to meet the version or screenshot requirements. For more information about participation for your version, read How to Enter in the event details.
Need RTX Screenshots?
You can try posting a request as a reply to this thread with your downloadable Bedrock Edition map, whether it was converted from Java or not.Cyprezz and potentially other members with RTX cards may have the time to load your world and take a few screenshots for you to enter the event. Consider including a screenshot in your request in order to attract attention and potential interest in downloading and taking the required RTX screenshots for your event entry.
Please be patient and kind to anyone that may respond to your request. There is no guarantee that someone will be able to take your screenshots or pick the angles you specifically want. This is simply an effort to collaborate to include more artists interested in the event.

How will the winners be announced? Will they?

They will be announced via the official PMC account either via wall post or forum thread since that shows up in everyone's feeds. It will also be announced on our Twitter and the results will be on the event conclusion page. I will PM the winners with instructions on how to claim their prize.

They are selecting the winners. We don't have a formal judging team or process for the event like we do for contests. It's up to them.

There is not a specific date. It will depend on their availability to review the entries as well as how they'd like to announce them. When the event is over, I'll consult with them and ideally they'll be able to make selection sooner than later.

I have a question about the Prize Shipping Eligibility, is Malaysia included? since Thailand is a neighbor country of Malaysia?

Unfortunately, due to customs/import and tax issues, they are not able to ship to Malaysia.

I have a few questions regarding this event and hope that you can answer them. 👍😀
1. Can I post an entry (like today) and keep editing that post/entry as I progress in building and making the textures towards the final deadline or do I need to first finish everything and then post it?
2. Can I Live stream to my community/fans while I am working on the build/textures? I do share my process around content making in general.
3. Can I use/add this content I make for the event elsewhere later on? For Minecraft marketplace for on my Patreon page?

Great Idea for the purpose of progression. Sounds exciting but complex for a non techy like myself. Also I asked my laptop about it and it started to weep!

I tested it for myself on bedrock w/ my GTX 1660ti and receive this warning

I'll remove that until I can get clarification on how it's possible. I heard it was possible but could not test it myself. If I get a method of doing so, I'll share it.

Unfortunately, as you found out, the ability to turn RTX ON with a GTX graphics card was blocked by Microsoft. It used to be a thing.

If we modify Bedrock RTX/hack our computer to be able to run it despite not meeting requirements, are the screenshots we submit disqualified or can we still win?

So, if a request was made 5 days before the end of the event and the inevitably large amount of requests was only partially fulfilled, would the rest of the entries be disqualified?

This event is unique in a number of ways including that it's our first Bedrock Edition event and on top of it, RTX screenshots are required. Depending on your version and graphics card you may need to take one or two extra steps to enter. Rather than completely exclude the possibility of participating, I've outlined the steps in the How to Enter section of the contest details.
I'm going to try and help members enter and it may be wishful thinking that others can or will also help. I'll have to see how it goes and adapt.

It's a good initiative to help people out with a step most will not be able to take themselves (though I've heard that the RTX version is hard-locked to the 2060 while you could theoretically run it on a 1060, even if you'd get less than 30fps), I was mostly worried about people that don't have the contacts I have getting caught in a last-minute rush for such requests.
Perhaps instead of having requests in this thread in the last week or so ,there should be a separate community thread where volunteers that CAN run the RTX version can offer to take screens of people's builds? I had no problem finding 2 people willing to help me, but again after 7 years in the MC community you build up some contacts, there'll be plenty that don't have that, and I fear that the inevitable last-minute rush will involve a lot of people losing out or getting overlooked.

Glad you found people willing to help you already! That is the ideal situation but as you mentioned, not everyone will have the connections. I didn't quite want to layout the type of thread you've described at launch but I'm hopeful that having a thread like this will naturally evolve into a collaborative effort that is manageable. I don't want to post ideas about how we could handle the last minute rush quite yet.
