Yes! That is what it is! A modding contest. I know, some players do not know how to program Minecraft Mods, so that is why I am also opening up this post to Bukkit Plugins!

Rules:
1) Must be completed by June 15th 00:00 AM
2) Must be original code, and idea.
3) If on install, there is a crash. The Mod/Plugin is put on hold, the authors have 3 hours to fix, otherwise the mod is Disqualified.
4) If there are bugs, and they are not to eye-catching, they are ignored and we will continue to work with the mod.
