The Flerezo Are A Brave, Mighty, Fearless Pokemon With The Power To Surround Itself In Fire Barriers, Also, They Are Immune To Fire, Confusion And Posion Attacks And Effects, Also They Cannot Be Paralyzed, They Are Only Found In The Deep Caves In Flakezo Mountain, When They Are Knocked Out, They Create A Explosion That Instantly Knocks Out All The Enemies That It Was Facing. They Also Have An Ability That Makes Them Heal Themselves When Not In Battle, Being Burnt By Fire Attacks Heal Them, The Attack does so too. However, when they are caught they will be level one but when being battled in the wild they will be level 75. They Are Extremely Rare, The Chances Are One In A Million. They Always Have The Same Moves. These Moves Are Their On Moves For Their Species Only, and those moves are, Blazing Tail, Flying Pheonix, Volcanic Fangs and Omega Slam. Blazing Tail sets the enemy on fire and it confuses them. Flying Pheonix is like fly but it sets the enemy on fire and does an insanely amount of damage. volcanic fangs sets the enemy on fire and poisons them. omega slam instantly makes the enemy into 3/8 of their health.

He used to be a regular frog...but now, he has class and can kick face with his stick.

Lilly Toss (Sort of like razor leaf, except cooler by 100%)
Magic Hat (Allows Froghat to disappear for 3 turns. Foresight works wonders here!)
Wood Dance (He dances with the stick and hits the enemy up to (4) times)
Devour (Shoots his tongue at you and devours you. 30% chance to succeed)

I would have entered this if it was restricted to the 64x64px picture size that 3rd Gen sprites were restricted to, and the colour palettes that they were also restricted to. That way, they could be used in a ROM hack.

Even if that's the case (which I doubt) It's a 2 year old drawing drawn by TheBlueFlames and colored by Pokemon-Diamond. Which , even if you are one of those 2 people. I think that a 2 year old drawing should probably not be counted, as contests usually require something new you made to be entered.

Technically, this is a pixel art drawing. It's not vector art, so it has to be made with pixels, considering I drew it in GIMP.

Not true pixel art. Pixel art is the art of "Pixeling" which is the process of making an image out of dots. Planted one after the other. You can easily tell what you made is not "Pixel art" for obvious reasons.
