After many weeks of preperation (and mostly procrastination) I bring to you...an art project thing. Yeah I suck at naming things, but thats not what this is about. This is one of those banner things that PMC Users have done like ZappyGru and Stubbs1 did but this time its a r t.

This is the base of the PMC User Art Project. This is where you can have your MC skin/persona drawn in my art style and slapped into a group banner. To join all you have to do is either comment or send me a PM saying you want to join and a link to your main skin/persona thing.
