My server console keeps kicking people from the server help!

Im trying to recruit people on my server but everytime someone joins they get kicked right away by the console, how do I fix this?

Maybe it thinks you're neglecting it. It's probably not very secure in its relationship with you; try talking to it about how it feels. Maybe take it on a romantic trip, go out to dinner with it, or just have a movie night in.
Once it stops feeling insecure it'll be happier to meet your friends and let you hang around with them.

1. Restarting Server
2. Reinstalling Bukkit (CHECK ITS LATEST VERSION)
3. Start a new server.
