-Skin must be inspired by an Anime Character
-Skin must be an original if not your skin will be eliminated and as it infracts PMC rules, taken down by a Moderator.
-All Entries must be posted below before October 20th 12:00 PM
-For an entry to be valid you must have a link to it in reply to this post.
Prizes:
-First: Custom Achievement get Banner for profile; Subscriber; 1st place trophy you can put in your profile; a custom art piece
-Second: Subscriber; custom achievement get banner
-Third: Subscriber
