It's SUMMER TIME! April (and May) Showers bring Sunshine and flowers! Let's have a solar-bration and spread the positive summer vibes across our community! This theme can be taken literally or figuratively! Let's see submissions that represent things that are positive and things that make you happy!During this themed month-long event, each member or team can enter up to five sunshine-themed creations! We welcome skins, maps and blogs or any combination of them! We encourage you to let your creativity shine and submit something in as many categories as your creative mind allows! As long as your entries relate to summer in some way, they are welcome in the Summer Vacation event.

Non-competitive
During the entire month of June, Planet Minecraft is hosting a Sunny-themed event. This event non-competitive. This means there is no competition, no judges, no final leaderboard and no winners. At the end of the event, each participant will receive a special participation badge.
Five entries per participant
The event allows for up to five Sunshine-themed entries per participant, in the projects, skins, resource packs, data packs and blogs categories. Video's, artwork and other creative creations can also be shared as a blog-post.
Rules
- The standard rules of Planet Minecraft apply to any submission.
- You are expected to enter new work. This means you cannot enter any creation that was previously uploaded to Planet Minecraft.
- You are allowed to enter work that was created for another Winter-themed unofficial community event.
- Collaborations and teamwork are allowed for this event.
- Submissions that do not follow the theme will be disqualified.
Tips
- If you create an entry that doesn't immediately seem sunshine-themed make sure to explain the relevance to the theme in your submission's description.
- You can create a skin, a blog-post and a project, you do not have to choose just one category.
- You have the entire month of June, so take your time and have fun!
- Don't hesitate to collaborate for this event, we would love to see some team efforts!

How many? As many as you want :) doesn't matter if you do a collab skin with two people, or build a city with a team of 30! ๐

Hey! I wanted to let you know that my profile is (somewhat) summer themed!

just a question, am i allowed to remake another skin if i credit it cause i'm really good at Wilbur soot remakes and it took me a week to come up of my own skin without any Wilbur soot base and it was terrible, i just really wanna know.

If it's a complete redesign and it fits the theme, then that's alright. But you shouldn't use a base or remix things that other people made previously.
On the other hand, "terrible" things that you made entirely by yourself are fine. (your words, not mine!) ๐
