Ultamite programming job in my mind... how many of you have played Hack/Mine? well i need a plugin for vannila that does something simmaler. It Needs
- Races (Elven) (Dwarf) (NecroMancer) (Steve)
- Abilitys specific to the races
-Elves can climb natural blocks and arrows fly straight
-dwarfs can break blocks in half the time and pickaxes last double
- necromancer isnt bothered by enemies (even creepers)
- steves arent affected. both a blessing and a curse.
Disabilitys
-Elves Cannot go below block 50 (invisible wall)
-dwarfs hunger goes down twice as fast and cannot sprint
-necromancer is attacked by passive creatures (mostly pigs)
-steves arent affected (heres the blessing part )
Spells (Blinding, Knockback, Confusion)
Aesthetic Diffrences
-Elves are taller
-dwarfs are shorter
-necromancers are thin
steves are unaffected
Specials.
-Elves get leap (5 block forward 2 blocks up)
-Dwarves get swing. (mines all blocks in a 5x5x5)
-necromancers get control (guides a hostile mob toward a player)
-steves get nothing LOL

i know its really hard ove stared at code lines...
but ive been wanting to program at least lua 101 for years.

this isnt the easiest thing to program. i supose you could transfer a few files from hack/mine but this would take probably 7-10 days to program
btw plugins for vanilla are called mods.
Actually SSP its called mods plugins are for servers (They allow everyone to have the mod without actually installing it.) Excuse me if I'm wrong but thats what i think.
Actually you can install a mod and not a plug-in for multi-player even without bukkit but your server has to be running on a minecraft_server.jar instead of a minecraft_server.exe.
Just install the mod in the minecraft_server.jar, though the mod has to be SMP/Multi-player compatible. *So made for multi-player if you want it to be on a server, some people may need the Single Player version of a mod to get on the server.*

This would be EPIC!!!!! I honestly hope someone programs this cause this is an awesome idea! But is it possible for a program to change the ascetics of a player? Cause then there should be like a werewolf!
