a raffle is exactly how it sounds! if there's a raffle event going on,
just ask bellow in comments that you'd like to join, i'll add you on the list, then once
all ten slots are full, i'll use a raffle generator to pick the winner! randomly picked, of course
if you join and win, PLEASE use the prizes or I will draw a new winner! if you dont like it, you don't have to take it, i will simply draw a new winner. xx
NOTICE: if theres a raffle going on, I may cancel It on some occasions
usual prize includes : hair, skin, or clothing base and maybe even a couple color palettes (more too)

Also, there isn't even an "About" section while there is a raffle one ? btw, that raffle section is shamelessly stolen from len-kun's pikuserukoubou forum post.

Hey since no one has any clue what's going on with this it'd be nice since you, as the creator, went into a bit more detail, just saying.

When you start a raffle are you giving out/making the prizes for the raffle? If not, who? Can anyone join the raffle or is it only limited to the people who are in the server?
