Welcome to the Tropical Aquarium Skin Contest!
A fun skin contest where you make a skin based on one of over 2000 tropical fish! It is not limited by color, but your main colors and the skins gender will be chosen by the fish. The contest will be around the theme of "Tropical/Underwater"
There are some rules though. To join simply state something along the lines of "I will be doing this contest!" I will look at skins you have made and chose which of the 2 categories you will be in. After this, you can start making an entry! Before that though, I suggest you read or at least skim through the rules, as if your entry breaks one, It may have to be fixed to be entered. There is very little competition at this time, as only 2 people are participating at this time.

1. Tropical fish To enter the contest first you must choose a fish, my personal favorite way to do this is to randomly spawn 2 fish and pick one of them, but you don't need to do this. All that is required is a screenshot, a pixel-art, or proof that it is based on a fish. The skin's gender is chosen by the shape, if it's square, it will be a boy skin, If it's long and rectangular, it will be a girl skin.

2. Submissions Unlike most skin contests I will allow 2 submissions except if you chose to do 2 they cannot be too similar. To submit simply comment you want to submit and a link to the skin. The skin must be made by you and you only. The submission must be new, and cannot be another skin you have already made.

3. Winners Judging and more info There will be three winners, and custom badges for each of them. People will be listed as a participant when they join the contest, and the 3 best will be winners. The judges will be me and DinowCookie. The skins will be judged based on the following aspects.

• 20pt - Creativity/Originality - Is your skin very creative?
  
• 10pt - Technique - How well is your skin shaded?
  
• 20pt - Theme - Did you mostly use your fishes colors? How well does it fit the Tropical/Underwater Theme
  

4. Prizes The prizes will be as follows

• 1st Place - Unofficial 1st prize trophy, a skin commision (within reason), a render commision (within reason), and featured on my page for at least a week
  
• 2nd Place - Unofficial 2nd prize trophy, and a render commision (within reason)
  
• Participation - Unofficial Participation Badge
  
• 3rd Place- Unofficial 3rd prize trophy
  

5. Deadline Any skins made after the deadline of 8/12 will not be judged and the winners will be chosen on 8/15
