Hey! Welcome to PMC! You level up by uploading builds, skins, blogs, mods, texture packs, ect... when you get diamonds (likes) you get xp which is used to level up.. From what I know levels only unlock ranks like Journeyman Ninja or Journeyman Pirate ext
