The more you will see, the more will you notice. It is rather your opinion who might be an inspiration for your works. I recommend you to check the submissions and analyse, which works are nice and good for trying your works

That all depends on what kind of content you're looking for.

Planet Minecraft does not have in algorithm. Instead, we discover new members through recently made content (since the community is so small in comparison) or by seeing who other people we follow interact with.

So I'd say to just start looking for your type of content and see who you find.
