While I couldn't join the event I must say that I'm really happy that these "official" events came back. I haven't seen one since jams got released and I found it weird they stopped doing them when they could still host the events using jams.

ok so when I tried using a combination of both 1x and 2x skins in the photo, the shoot and reshoot photo buttons stopped working. as soon as I remove the HD skin it works fine. just thought you should know Cyprezz

No plans to remove the photo booth. If anything, it will be revamped for another holiday or random event. At that point, we'd probably phase out the current 2025 new years frame since it will be irrelevant but... maybe we'll add multiple frame options that make sense for any time of year. As soon as we made a UI to select alternative frames, it's just a matter of creating the graphics for them and honestly the community might have fun contributing...
This initial release was probably the hardest part, adding new themed frames is trivial now. There's some more streamlining we could do to make it easier to use as well as sharing the final results. Will see. Always busy!

It's not. I think she used a Jasmine, from Aladdin, skin for awhile but then a custom one was made by DinowCookie. Can't recall if it was published though.

The Minecraft name associated with the account is mrsPMC. While multiple people can use the account, it's mainly seen as the account Cyprezz's wife uses for PMC (although, this is just speculation. I could be wrong). It's for those two reasons that most people portray PMC as female in PMC lore.
Yep, my wife gave the account the most life during the PMC Weekly newsletter year(s). That was before we had our amazing daughter. After she was born, all our free time went poof and in particular hers in terms of being able to prioritize anything but our daughter's ever evolving needs during the day. She misses being involved with PMC but that's more than three years ago now.
So yeah, PMC account was very much Mrs PMC and certainly for anyone her during that time. The account was always meant to be some unknown helpful entity that no one really knows who's behind it considering PMC is really all of us.

I either refer to PMC as "it" or "she". Like I feel it's more like of a somewhat sentient and conscious force rather than an actual person in the lore. Something like Tree of Harmony from MLP (what, I actually like this franchise, where did you think second half of my username came from)
2nd layer of skins are glitchy and the dab emote clips through the head. Please fix!
I don't think much can be done about the dab emotes clipping through the head, unfortunately. As for the 2nd layer of skins, can you show me a screenshot of the issue?
try it yourself with a skin with 2 layers! it's mostly in the arms
I tried it and nothing seems to be wrong. Can I see what the issue is on your end?
I guess it's fixed now, the problem was the 2nd layer was show above the 1st one so there were squares in front of the arms and whatnot.

For you and EmeraldKinq, make sure the link is for public skin from this site. Drafts and skins from outside the site won't work. Another thing to note is that this only works for the default 16x16 size, so no Bedrock skins!

Its a little buggy rn but I fixed it
My phone may be bugging but I put the URLs in and pressed "shoot photos" but it's not working. Like nothing goes through.
By any chance were any of the selected skins 32x32 res? I had the same issue and that's what I found out
Umm I'm not sure if it is. I just know that I increased the resolution once from the original resolution.
if you increased the skin's resolution in any way above a regular java skin, it won't work :P
