Do it yourself. It's more fun experimenting with things you like and don't like. Take my channel for example (http://youtube.com/user/GGoldMile), all my thumbnails, channel art, etc. were all made by me. It took a while to create them however if you ask for another person to do this stuff for you, then what are you going to do if you start getting popular? You can't really rely on others to make your stuff.
