How do I update my skins picture?

(And no, I do not mean the ACTUAL picture)
OK, so I got this skin I made. I updated it so it smiled,
but when I looked at the skin the next day, it still showed the
previous skin.
(If I look at the edit menu, It DOES have the newly-updated skin; It just doesn't show it)

I actually wonder why this is happening. Cuz it's very annoying. At least for me. Only solution is deleting the whole skin and add it again.
