Looking for a map builder

I'm looking for a map builder who can build me the Neverland Island as seen in the Disney film.
As you can see from the image it's surrounded by beaches, a jungle left and right of a large bay, some cliffs on both sides, tall mountains in the middle with some spruce trees, 2 waterfalls, and plans behind the mountains in the middle.
I had a stab myself using world painter but my skills are rusty and I have seen some of the great builds shared here on PlanetMinecraft so thought I would ask here.
I would say roughly 1000 x 1000 blocks in size? I already have a ship that is roughly 50 blocks long.
Would need to know how long it would take, what the cost would be. What revisions would be allowed? Also would like to see some work done previously.

I would go to phenox builds for this. Also I would advise looking on fiver too
