New shop opening soon need peoples help!

Hello guys I want to open an oficial shop for everyone to join and get skins, banners, Avatars, computer backgrounds, youtube backgrounds and etc.
Thing is i can only do skins, Heres everyone elses part I want 1 other skinner to help me one banner creator atleast 1 Avatar creator and someone that can do like backgrounds for youtube and desktops and such.
EVEN IF: Your not good at what you are doing, you own a shop already, or even if you have never had a shop before I want this to be a HUGE shop that everybody will get what they want and everything but i need help with this.
I WILL ALSO NEED: One Site mod or admin that can watch everything thats happening and i would also like if you can make it so not only i can mess around with the shop ariginal post!
