So, after seeing that there's not a lot of contests going on that are catered towards my liking, I decided to create a skin and map contest for others to do and well, Nobody is entering, I need some help, guys!

I think you should re-do the event.
Contests and events are not meant to be posted as blogs. People don't look for them there either.
Post it to the events section on the forums instead. This forum topic has some advice to offer for hosting a more successful event, as well an event calendar on which your event can be promoted. 👍
