Basically This is How this works, nobody truly enjoys going through loads of shops to request a skin, so I say why not just have a bunch of general skins in one easily attainable area, SO I post a picture of somthing(Character, Anime,etc)
Then anyone who wishes to participate will make the skin and submit it as a reply to that post, I will then choose who makes the best skins, and showboat your skin around
