To be right on topic my cousin needs a new Minecraft skin. He has been using pre-made skins and he would perfer one made for made for him. I figured I'd assist. Here is what he would like:

Requirement:
-Needs to be a wolf
-Needs to have blue shirt & black jacket
-Needs jeans & black sneakers
-Needs silver necklace

Please don't:
-Use shading templates
-Make it with no shading
-Shade it using noise
-Do not make it human
