[Skin Request] My profile pic as a skin

I would do it myself, but I'm really busy and can't,
If anyone could, could someone create the person me in my profile pic as a skin? I'd be really happy, honestly.
They just have a white shirt on, a tie, and black jeans/shoes (I was too lazy to draw the whole thing lmao).
I'd prefer if the sleeves were rolled up, and it's in the 1.8 skin format.
It might be difficult to create that squiggle on the face so you can just remove it/shade in that part darker. There shouldn't be eyes.
If the scribble is there that would be pretty cool though!
