I'd like to commission a skin. For the name of the skin, I guess you could call it like (Oc) kasai or something. If I may request, could it have 2x2 eyes that are 1 pixel from the bottom with black hair that is shaved at the bottom but curly uptop? for the clothing attire, may it just be black dress pants with an open black tux jacket and a white button-up with a blue tie going down the middle?
