Craftbook on spigot server config help

Hello everyone,
So we recently installed craftbook on our 1.12 spigot server and well it is running great for admins. But here is the problem. We want everyone to use it players and admins alike. However I can not figure out how to set the config to allow this.
Now this could be as simple as changing the server properties notepad page or permissionEX. However as I'm unsure and I have been purposed with correcting this I could use as much help as possible.
If anyone has experience with craftbook and knows how to do this would you be so kind as to assist us with this by giving us simple clear instructions on what to do. Thank you in advance.

You'll need to add the permissions found here: http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/CraftBook/Permission_Nodes
If you want everyone to use everything (maybe not the update or reload permissions), just add the node craftbook.mech.*.
