Unable to Verify Server Ownership

I'm trying to post my server on PMC, but every time I try to verify the ip it says "Failed to connect to your server".
I can confirm the ip is correct as multiple people already play on the server. I've double-checked all the settings to make sure they're correct but to no avail. Help would be appreciated

Is the game version correct? Can you submit a screenshot of the IP/port which you enter into the verification tool?
